Mickey Rourke has championed Megan Fox Hollywood’s “best young actress” after the stunner impressed him on the set of their forthcoming film Passion Play.
The fantasy drama features Fox as a “circus freak” with wings, who is ultimately rescued by Rourke’s character. The Oscar-nominated Wrestler star was taken aback by the beauty’s professionalism on set. In fact, he believes Megan — best known as the sex symbol star of the Transformer films — has got the stuff to be one of the most talented stars in Tinseltown.
He says: “(She) is the best young actress I’ve ever worked with. I don’t know if a lot of her films have showcased her acting ability more than, say, being action-oriented, but she really stepped up (to) the plate with this one and was very consistent and professional, beyond her years. At 23, I couldn’t do half of what she’s doing.”
